Strawberry Lime Cocktail

What better way to celebrate a Friday evening/beginning of a holiday weekend than with a delicious and fruity cocktail? Also, summer is just around the corner and this is the perfect blend of fruity goodness to enjoy with family and friends. I’m super excited about this because it’s my first RECIPE post, which I’ve added as a new section on the blog! Also, thanks mom for being my hand model with these photos. Cheers!

This strawberry lime cocktail is so good and SO easy to make! See below for instructions.

  • 20 oz strawberries
  • 2 limes
  • Splash of club soda
  • Splash of grapefruit juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • Lime for garnish
  • 6 oz of gin, divided

  • Cut up the strawberries in to fours
  • Place the strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Cut up the limes
  • Place ice cubes in to 4 glasses
  • Divide the strawberry puree and gin between the four glasses and stir with spoon
  • Squeeze lime juice in to each glass and garnish with lime wedges
  • Fill the glasses to the top with club soda, stir again
  • Add splash of grapefruit juice and sugar
  • Serve!
